Dept. of Migrant Workers vows speedy transaction for OFWs

Government data show over 1.7 million Filipinos are working overseas and their remittances are helping fuel economic recovery.

The newly created Migrant Workers department aims to make things easier for OFW’s to access their documents and ask help from the government. The department secretary is also urging relevant agencies to abide by the law.
