Army head Sobejana is new AFP chief

Lieutenant General Cirilito Sobejana takes over as the new Armed Forces Chief of Staff in a ceremony simplified due to COVID restrictions. It was personally presided over by their Commander-in-Chief President Rodrigo Duterte.
