Legazpi City (CNN Philippines) — Agriculture Office of Albay said on Tuesday (September 8) that it would be forced to carry out cloud seeding should the dry spell worsen in the few next days or weeks.
Liza Eva, officer-in-charge of the Agriculture Office said the provincial government would coordinate with the Manila office of the Bureau of Soil and Water Management.
However, Eva clarified that specific areas would classified for the cloud seeding project.
She said that the assessment on affected farmlands was still ongoing.
