Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) – Steady yourselves, bring out the tissue boxes, and prepare to bawl over the newly-released trailer of the One More Chance sequel.
The teaser trailer for the sequel of the hit romantic flick was released by Star Cinema on Monday (August 17).
It showed Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Basha (Bea Alonzo) as a married couple.
The first scene flashed back to the happy-go-lucky and in love Basha asking Popoy in the school field if they will still be the couple they are after 10 years.
The next scenes showed the now-tumultuous relationship they have after getting back together at the end of the first One More Chance movie.
Popoy then questioned if he made the right decision of getting back together with Basha.
To add to the sound of our collective hearts breaking, the song “I’ll Never Go” remained as the film’s soundtrack. In the first film it was sung by balladeer Erik Santos.
