Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Citing the effects of Tropical Storm Egay in the country some areas have announced the suspension of classes on Tuesday (July 7), the state news agency reported.
As of posting, the Philippine Information Agency said class suspensions were announced in the following areas:
All levels
Laguna
Preschool
Baguio City
La Trinidad, Benguet
Preschool to elementary
Bauang, La Union
Preschool to high school
Pangasinan
Meanwhile, Valenzuela City Mayor Rexlon Gatchalian declared the suspension of classes at Mapulang Lupa National High School due to ongoing repairs.
