Fire hits UST AB/Commerce building

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) – Twitter users were alarmed on Sunday night (July 5), as tweets, some with photos, reported the outbreak of a fire at the St. Raymund de Peñafort Building at the University of Santo Tomas campus in Sampaloc, Manila.
