Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The Blackwater Elite moved rookie Brian Heruela to the Barako Bull Energy in exchange for sophomore gunner Carlo Lastimosa.
The trade was approved by the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Commissioner’s Office on Wednesday (July 1).
Heruela, a first-year guard, was a key piece for the Elite this season, averaging 10.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 5.2 assists.
