Metro Manila, Philippines - Akbayan and Duterte Youth are frontrunners during the first wave of partial, unofficial results for party-list groups in the House of Representatives.

As of 9:48 a.m., Akbayan was still at top with 2,204,072 votes, followed by Duterte Youth with 1,872,003 votes.

Lawyer Chel Diokno leads the nominees of Akbayan. With him are current representative Perci Cendaña, and Lumad rights champion Dadah Kiram Ismula.

Duterte Youth nominees are Drixie Mae Suarez Cardema, Berlin Baday Lingwa, and Ron Godfrey Waggawag Bawalan.
