Over ₱1 fuel price hike takes effect tomorrow
Metro Manila, Philippines - Motorists are advised to fill up their tanks as petroleum prices are set to increase by over a peso per liter this week, following the Holy Week holidays.
In its fuel price forecast, Jetti Petroleum said it estimates a ₱0.90 to ₱1.30 increase for gasoline prices, ₱0.85 to ₱1.35 for diesel, and ₱0.90 to ₱1.00 for kerosene.
Fuel firms implement official price adjustments every Tuesday.
Last week, oil companies cut the prices per liter of gasoline by ₱3.60, diesel by ₱2.90, and kerosene by ₱3.30.
