Metro Manila, Philippines - Korean stars IU and Park Bo-gum team up for a vibrant journey in an upcoming Korean drama series, “When Life Gives You Tangerines,” to premiere on March 7.

A trailer released on Jan. 23 showcases the duo in the picturesque landscape of Jeju Island in South Korea.

Streaming platform Netflix said the series follows the adventures of Ae-sun, “the remarkable rebel,” and Gwan-sik, nicknamed “unyielding iron,” through four vibrant seasons.

The series was confirmed in January 2024.

Bo-gum is known for his roles in “Reply 1988,” “Love in the Moonlight,” and “Record of Youth.”

Meanwhile, IU played major roles in “Hotel del Luna,” “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,” and “My Mister.”

IU is also known for her hit songs “Blueming,” “Celebrity,” “Love wins all,” and “eight.”
