Cebu City, PHILIPPINES — The 11th edition of the International Search and Rescue
(ISAR) Conference & Exhibition will take place on Aug. 5 to 7 at the Bai Hotel in Cebu City.
This global event will bring together search and rescue leaders, decision-makers, innovators, and frontline responders from across civil, military, humanitarian, maritime, and aeronautical domains.
With the theme, “Adapting to the Challenges of a Changing World,” ISAR 2025 will feature over 30 distinguished speakers and panelists from across the globe and high-level representation from the UAE, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. It is headed by Dr. Ted Esguerra and chaired by Major Murali Bhaskaran of Globar SAR Malaysia.
The event will explore the future of SAR through the lens of technology, resilience,
integration, crisis leadership, AI, and practical coordination.
