Get fit at your own pace with Kerry Sports Manila

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Start your wellness journey with multiple training zones and activity areas available in Kerry Sports Manila, the largest indoor lifestyle and leisure club located in Bonifacio Global City.

Located on Levels 5 and 6 of Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, fitness and wellness enthusiasts are going to enjoy gym amenities that can help them reach their personal wellness goals while having fun.

Kerry Sports Manila previously celebrated the 7th World Wellness Weekend through "Journey to Wellness," a 3-day holistic wellness journey from Sept. 15-17.

The program featured group activities such as pilates , High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga, Skillrun Bootcamp by Technogym, and more activities geared to improve overall health and fitness.

On Oct. 25, the leading leisure club was recognized as a "Wellness Champion" by the International World Wellness Weekend Committee.

"Through our expertise and facilities that encompass both physical and mental well-being, we remain committed to empowering our members to find their space and to find their pace as they reach their personal wellness goals," Shangri-La The Fort General Manager Amit Oberoi said.

The facilities

Members and guests who enjoy active sports can enter "The Arena" of Kerry Sports Manila, an NBA-grade basketball court with multi-level viewing seats. It also has a top-class American maple wood flooring, LED display with shot clock, separate locker rooms with showers and a separate entrance.

Also available are two covered outdoor tennis courts, two glass-backed squash courts, and a 25-meter outdoor lap pool with a hydrotherapy vitality pool.

The indoor gym also has "Adventure Zone," a 1,000 square meter interactive indoor playground that will exhilarate and excite any child.

It features multiple play areas for kids of all ages. These are:

- The Toddler Zone: develops the minds and bodies of toddlers through several play modules, a mini-slide and climbing areas.

- Role Play Village: a set of playhouses where kids can enhance their imagination by role playing as a banker, doctor, firefighter, or a police officer.

- The main activity area is also equipped with three slides, Tri-level Demon Drop Slide, a 6.4-meter vertical drop for all ages; the Double Drop Slide for older kids and young teens; and the Hyperglide Astra Slide for the younger kids.

Guests can also celebrate birthdays and other special occasions in the Adventure Zone. It offers three spacious party rooms with matching party favors and themes.

Group classes

Kerry Sports Manila also offers group classes such as Skillrun Bootcamp, HIIT, Synrgy360, spinning, yoga sessions, and more. Members enjoy unlimited access to these group classes.

Kerry Sports Manila's Gym Floor, The Arena, Squash Courts, Tennis Courts, and Fitness Studios are open from 5 a.m. to midnight, while its outdoor swimming pool is available from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
