
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 11) — A fire hit a residential area in Pandacan, Manila early Thursday morning, fire authorities report.
Manila City firefighters said the blaze started at 5:57 a.m. and was elevated to 4th alarm at 6:57 a.m.
The blaze, located in front of a barangay hall along Dapo St. in West Zamora, was declared under control at 8:01 a.m. It was extinguished at 8:26 a.m.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
They have not reported any casualties so far.
