Metro Manila, Philippines – The Department of Tourism and the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) signed a partnership on Wednesday, Nov. 4, providing postal services to delegates of the 49th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Meetings.
PHLPost said the initiative seeks to “bring the Philippines closer to the world” through something simple yet meaningful such as postcards, stamps, and mailing services.
Delegates may send mail and purchase Philippine-themed postcards featuring the country’s cultural heritage as well as commemorative stamps.
The PHLPost service station at the ASEAN International Media Center in the World Trade Center, Pasay City, will operate from Nov. 11 to 17.
