Metro Manila, Philippines – The Office of the City Prosecutor of Tacloban City has recommended the filing of charges for reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide and physical injuries against PSSg Arla Ray Pacencia, the aunt of one of the minors involved in the Tacloban City shooting.
The Department of Justice confirmed that the prosecutor’s office made the recommendation on Thursday, Aug. 20, following a preliminary investigation on a complaint filed by parents and students of San Jose National High School.
The corresponding Information will be filed before the family court of the Regional Trial Court of Tacloban City.
The case stemmed from a shooting at San Jose National High School involving a Child in Conflict with the Law.
