(CNN Philippines) — If you’re not in the overly crowded Boracay this Labor Day long weekend, here are some activities and places you can visit in Metro Manila.
Grand Celebrity Bazaar
If you are into shopping like the stars, visit the Grand Celebrity Bazaar at the Megatrade Hall 1 at the 5th floor of SM Megamall.
You can now own clothes and accessories worn by Kris Aquino herself, celebrity stylist Alyanna Martinez, journalist Jing Castañeda, and many more.
If you get tired of shopping, there are lots of food stalls owned by local stars to choose from.
The bazaar will be open from May 1 to 3.

If one bazaar over the weekend isn’t enough, there is also a summer-themed bazaar happening at Elements at Centris in Quezon City on May 2 to 3.
Free Comic Book Day
Comic book geeks, rejoice! The annual Free Comic Book Day is here once again. Every first Saturday of May, comic book stores and publishers around the world give away comic singles for free to thank fans for their support and to introduce characters to new enthusiasts.
Fully Booked, together with Comic Odyssey, will be giving away free comic books.
The Bonifacio High Street branch will be giving away a total of three free comics per customer, while in other participating branches, Fully Booked will be giving one free comic per person.
Fully Booked’s event starts as early as 9 a.m.
Each customer will receive two free comics without any purchase necessary — but wait, there are more free stuff. Filbar’s is also giving away one free Marvel character mask, one free sketchbook, and discounts.
Remember: This offer is only good while supplies last. So line up early.
Aside from free comic books, Filbar’s will feature different artists, such as graphic novelists, sketch artists, and mainstream comics creators.
