Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 25) — Some local government units (LGU) announced class suspensions on Tuesday, July 25, due to heavy rains brought by Severe Tropical Storm Egay.
In its latest bulletin, the state weather bureau said Storm Signal No. 4 and 5 may be raised over areas in Luzon as Egay steadily intensifies.
Babuyan Islands, the northern and eastern portions of mainland Cagayan, the northeastern portion of Isabela, and the northern portion of Apayao are under Signal No. 3.
