Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 6) — The Philippine team took home two more gold medals at the 2023 ASEAN Para Games in Cambodia on Monday.
Evaristo Carbonel snatched the country’s 12th gold medal in the Men’s Javelin Throw F11 final.
Meanwhile, the team of Nark Angelo Rañon, Joshua Detera, Jasper Ambat, Mike Gonzales, and Ashley Paghunatan made history by outplaying competitors in the ESports division, a demo sport for this year’s games.
