Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 17) – Filipino gamers will see a familiar ornament in the latest Marvel Spider-man game, which will be released on PlayStation 5 on Oct. 20.
Spider-man 2 will feature an “Agimat” suit in its digital deluxe edition along with nine other suits.
The Filipino-inspired costume has a distinct golden necklace detail, with the rest of the suit covered in purple.
Character Miles Morales will wear five of the 10 unique costumes, including the Agimat suit, while Peter Parker gets the other half.
Players of the new Spider-man game will be able to play both characters that are set in the boroughs of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, all in New York City. However, each Spider-man has a unique story and mission.
Pre-orders of the game are available starting June 16.
