Big-time fuel price hike for March 24-30

Metro Manila, Philippines – Motorists faced another substantial fuel price hike effective Tuesday, March 24, as announced by the Department of Energy. 

The following price adjustments per liter were based on last week’s global market monitoring:

Gasoline, ₱8-₱12

Diesel/diesel plus, ₱15-₱18

Kerosene, ₱12-₱22

“The rates only apply to Metro Manila and highly urbanized areas,” said the agency in an announcement. 

Meanwhile, some oil companies have posted other prices.

Seaoil

Gasoline: ₱9.70

Diesel: ₱16.80

Kerosene ₱20.90

Petron

Gasoline: ₱10.50

Diesel: ₱17.50

Kerosene: ₱21.50

Unioil 

Euro gasoline: (91,95 & 97): ₱9.70

Euro diesel: ₱16.80 

CleanFuel 

Gasoline: ₱9.70

Diesel: P8.40

Other fuel companies have yet to announce changes in their fuel pricing.
