1. Bugonia
Bugonia marks the fourth collaboration between visionary director Yorgos Lanthimos and two-time Academy Award winner Emma Stone, following The Favourite, Poor Things, and Kinds of Kindness. The film follows two conspiracy theorists who kidnap a powerful CEO (Stone), believing that she is actually an alien. This absurdist black comedy also stars Jesse Plemons and Aidan Delbis. Based on their previous collaborations, we’re in for a strange and wild ride.

2. The Alibi
Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino reunite for a daring romantic thriller about love, deception, and betrayal. The heir to a powerful news empire (Avelino) is accused of murdering his rival. To protect his name and reputation, he hires a dancer (Chiu) to pose as his alibi. What begins as a transactional deal turns dangerous as they’re drawn deeper into a web of lies and corruption.

3. Meet, Greet & Bye
Director Cathy Garcia-Sampana returns with a heartfelt family drama that’s sure to move audiences. Meet, Greet & Bye follows Maricel Soriano as an ailing yet energetic K-drama-obsessed mother whose dying wish is to meet her ultimate Korean idol. Her four children — played by Piolo Pascual, Juan Karlos Labajo, Belle Mariano, and Joshua Garcia — band together to make her dream come true.

4. Wicked: For Good
Elphaba and Glinda are back for part two of the smash musical hit of 2024. Wicked: For Good continues the story of Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo), now living as a fugitive, fighting for freedom in Oz. Meanwhile, Glinda (Ariana Grande) has become a popular public figure manipulated by the Wizard (Jeff Goldblum) to draw Elphaba out of hiding. As their paths collide once more, the surprise arrival of Dorothy (yes, that Dorothy) shakes up Oz like never before. There’s no doubt this film will change us “for good,” too.

5. Stranger Things (Season 5, Part 1)
It has been three years since we last saw our favorite gang of outcasts, but the long wait is finally over. Dive back into the Upside Down in Part 1 of the final season of the sci-fi horror phenomenon Stranger Things. Set about eighteen months after the Season 4 finale, when the Upside Down began crawling into the real world, Hawkins is now under military quarantine. As the story unfolds, our brave young heroes, led by Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), prepare for one final battle with Vecna and his army of Demogorgons.
