Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) – Aside from the offices of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in city and municipal halls, voters can now register in shopping malls and in barangays.
The first batch of registration has been conducted in different shopping centers on Sunday (October 11), but another schedule of voter’s registration is set on Saturday and Sunday (October 17, 18)
According to Comelec, the following malls agreed to put voter registration centers on certain dates, in preparation for the 2016 elections:

As per COMELEC Resolution No. 9853, application for the May 2016 Elections is until October 31, 2015.
Those who will not be able to register will not be able to vote.
Comelec said there will be no extension for voter registration.
