In its 5:00 p.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms would prevail over Bicol Region, Central and Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga peninsula.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly over Eastern Visayas and CARAGA.
According to PAGASA, moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast would also prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
