
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 21) — Plan your schedule before the holidays, as some public transport facilities will have shorter operating hours.
Here’s the schedule of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) for the holidays:
December 24 : 4:45 a.m. to 8:26 p.m.
December 25 : 6:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
December 30 : 4:45 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
December 31 : 4:45 a.m. to 8:26 p.m.
January 1: 6:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
The MRT-3 management said this is in anticipation of the low turnout of passengers.
Meanwhile, here’s the schedule for the Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT-1), which runs from Roosevelt in Quezon City to Baclaran in Paranaque:
December 24 : 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
December 25 : 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
December 30 : 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
December 31 : 4:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
January 1: 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
