Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 30) — The weather bureau has lifted all storm signals as Typhoon Onyok begins to move out of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).

In its 11 p.m. update, however, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said occasional gusty conditions may still prevail over Batanes.

It added, sea travel remains risky over the northern and eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon.

The storm was last spotted 515 kilometers (km) north of Basco, Batanes, with maximum winds of 140 km per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 170 kph.

It slightly sped up and is moving north at 35 kph.
