Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 31)— Two pilots were rescued after a plane crashed off the coast of Nasugbu, Batangas on Saturday afternoon, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said.
The PA-23-250 aircraft of Skyline Aviation was bound for Sangley Point in Cavite from Cuyo, Palawan, initial investigation showed.
The two pilots were rescued by local officials and were brought to Balayan Hospital for medical assistance.
CAAP added investigators have yet to determine the cause of the accident.
