English,Filipino translation policy for businesses to take effect in July

Last month, the Department of Trade and Industry called on the Las Piñas city government to suspend the operation of a food park that caters only to Chinese customers. Now, to protect customers not just Filipinos but also other foreigners the DTI wants all businesses to use English or Filipino only in all their signages and marketing materials.
