Gov’t releases stricter rules on issuance of work permits to foreigner

The government released new rules on work permits for foreign nationals as the country celebrates the Filipino worker.

The Labor and Justice departments team up with the Immigration office and the Bureau of Internal Revenue to make sure that foreign nationals entering the country to work are properly documented, monitored, and taxed.
