Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 7) — A pregnant overseas Filipino worker who traveled from the Philippines to Macau tested positive for COVID-19.
The Filipina, who arrived in Macau after a vacation in the Philippines, is the only active COVID-19 case in the Chinese special administrative region, Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Brigido Dulay announced on Tuesday, citing a report by Macau’s health officials.
The Philippine Consulate is keeping a close watch on her condition, Dulay said.
Macau has a total of 46 COVID-19 cases, with 45 recoveries and zero deaths.
