Senate adjourns without passing ‘Bayanihan 2’ bill

The ‘Bayanihan 2’ bill fails to hurdle the Senate before the end of the first regular session of the 18th Congress. The measure would give President Duterte more powers to deal with the COVID-19 crisis until September 30th.
