Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 2) — All members of the three basketball teams under San Miguel Corporation have tested negative for COVID-19.

The tests were done last week through the initiative of SMC President and Chief Operating Officer Ramon Ang.

Aside from the three ballclubs, the SMC chief also offered to have all 41 PBA personnel undergo COVID-19 testing.

PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial and other league staff were tested last Saturday.

According to the Philippine Basketball Association website, results of the swab tests conducted on players and officials of San Miguel, Barangay Ginebra, and Magnolia were released Monday.
