BSP gives another 30-day grace period for loans during MECQ

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has extended the 30-day grace period, as parts of the country are still under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Central Bank Governor Benjamin Diokno says all loan payments due this month are eligible for another one-month payment extension.

But the BSP says the grace period will be lifted and regular payments will resume once all provinces in the country are downgraded to GCQ.
