Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 27)— A magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Monday morning, the the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
The tectonic quake that hit at 7:48 a.m had a depth of 64 kilometers. Its epicenter was 164 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos town.
Intensity I shaking was recorded at Malungon and Alabel towns in Sarangani province.
