Navotas City mayor urges residents to stay home

Stay home or stay in jail – that is a stern warning from Navotas City Mayor Toby Tiangco. Close to 1,000 adults in the city are facing charges for violating quarantine rules. Navotas City has reported 90 coronavirus cases and 6 deaths.
