Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 18) – A fire hit a residential area in Taguig City on Monday morning.
Seventeen families along Phase 3 in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, beside the Fort Bonifacio Multi-Purpose Building, were affected, fire officials said.
Authorities said the fire started at 7:54 a.m and reached second alarm, which means that eight fire trucks were needed to put out the blaze.
The flames were declared under control at 8:31 a.m.
Investigators said the fire caused around P150,000 in damage.
