Group gives ‘spiritual relief’ to evacuees

A community from a nearby church in Batangas city has a mission to provide a different kind of relief assistance to evacuees displaced by the Taal volcano eruption. They call it “spiritual relief.” While a state university opens it’s door for evacuees.
