Hospitals in Cagayan exceeding bed capacity amid case surge

It’s crunch time for hospitals swamped by COVID-19 cases and facing supply shortage not only in Metro Manila but also in other regions. As infection spreads faster possibly because of the Delta variant, a number of hospitals are now beyond capacity. Patients get first aid in cars or even tricycles while waiting to get admitted.
