Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 30) — Celebrity couple Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay are engaged.
The actress surprised her Instagram followers on Tuesday as she posted a series of photos of Ramsay’s proposal with the caption “Game Over.”
In one of the snaps, Ramsay kissed an emotional Adarna on the forehead, with a “Will You Marry Me” sign on the background. Adarna also flaunted her engagement ring.
Fellow celebrities congratulated the soon-to-be husband and wife. Adarna has 3.9 million followers on Instagram, but the comments section was limited.
The couple confirmed their relationship in February after weeks of dating rumors.
Since then, they have been sharing intimate photos on social media, and clapping back at bashers.
Ramsay announced his breakup with actress Andrea Torres in November 2020. Adarna was previously in a relationship with actor John Lloyd Cruz, with whom she has a son.
