Groups urge government to look into hospital manpower amid case surge

More hospitals in Metro Manila have reached critical levels because of the rising cases of Covid-19.

But apart from available beds for coronavirus patients, medical groups say the plight of hospital staff and the lack of manpower are serious concerns the government should address.
