On Facebook, Mayor Toby Tiangco said city hall was placed under lockdown since 8:01 pm of Tuesday and will last until 11:59 pm of Sunday, February 28.

For those who have deadline of payments on February 28, Tiangco said he will request the city council to issue an ordinance extending the deadline of payments at city hall until March 5.
