Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 28) — A number of local governments have eased their testing requirements as new COVID-19 cases in the country decline.

– Ilocos Norte (starting Dec. 1)
The Department of Tourism said negative COVID-19 test results are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals to enter the following areas:
– Batangas
– Oriental Mindoro
– Masbate
– Camarines Norte
– Iloilo
– Guimaras
– Negros Occidental
– Bohol
– Southern Leyte
– Zamboanga del Sur
– Zamboanga Sibugay
– Misamis Oriental
– Bulacan
– Cebu Province
Tourists will only need to present their valid vaccination cards, particularly those issued by the Department of Health or their local government unit.
The agency reminded travelers, as well as tourism workers and businesses, not to be complacent and still observe health protocols, given the more relaxed restrictions.
