The Metro Manila Development Authority and the Quezon City government are conducting a dry run of the proposed traffic scheme along Commonwealth Avenue. They are studying the implementation of a zipper lane and road diversion to ease traffic congestion along the major highway. We speak with MMDA Traffic Chief Bong Nebrija.
