
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 30)— The magnitude 7 earthquake that hit Northern Luzon earlier this week has left over ₱413 million in infrastructure damage, according to the latest estimates of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
In its report on Saturday, the NDRRMC said the estimated infra damage has climbed to ₱413,860,000 — most of which were recorded in Region 1 (Ilocos).
Other affected areas were Region 2 and the Cordillera Administrative Region.
The reported death toll following the earthquake has risen to 10 as of Friday evening, according to officials. The NDRRMC said the tremor also left 320 people injured.
