OCTA: We’re seeing an increase of COVID-19 cases

The Health department clarifies that there is no surge in COVID-19 cases yet despite the increase in infection nationwide. OCTA Research earlier reported a 71% increase in the one week growth rate of COVID-19 cases in Metro Manila.
