Some Filipinos find it hard to flee Ukraine despite mandatory evacuation

Filipinos in Ukraine also caught in the crossfire between Russian and Ukrainian forces. The government on Monday ordered their mandatory repatriation from the war-torn country. But some Filipinos still want to wait until it’s safe to leave Ukraine.
