Is the ₱200 monthly cash aid for the poor enough?

It’s unclear yet when the government will begin distributing the ₱200 monthly cash aid for the poorest households. President Rodrigo Duterte yesterday approved this measure as one way to cope with rising prices of goods and fuel. But is ₱200 really enough?
