
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 7) — Oil companies announced mixed movements for pump products this week, with their diesel price declining by ₱0.50 per liter.
Beginning Tuesday, Seaoil, Cleanfuel, Phoenix Petroleum, and Caltex Fuel said they would slash the per-liter prices of diesel by ₱0.50.
Their gasoline prices, meanwhile, would increase by ₱1.40 per liter.
Seaoil and Caltex Fuel said the price of kerosene would also be down by ₱0.35.
According to the Department of Energy’s oil monitor as of Nov. 2, the year-to-date per-liter increases stood at ₱15.85 for gasoline, ₱36.80 for diesel, and ₱28.95 for kerosene.
