DOTr to close part of Meralco Ave. tonight for subway project

Motorists and commuters who pass through Meralco Avenue going to Shaw Boulevard will have to find alternative routes.

Starting tonight, a portion of the thoroughfare will no longer be passable to give way for a major infrastructure project.
