Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 29) — The City of Manila closed its cemeteries on Saturday due to Severe Tropical Storm Paeng, the city’s information office announced.
Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan ordered the suspension of classes in all levels and closure of all cemeteries, including Manila North and Manila South cemeteries.
Metro Manila is now under Tropical Cycle Wind Signal No. 3, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
