
Metro Manila, Philippines — Several in-person classes were suspended on Thursday, Sept. 5 due to rains brought by the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat.
While Typhoon Yagi, formerly Enteng, has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility, its trough has been dumping rains over parts of Northern Luzon.
